This quote by Voltaire is quite well known, and it makes great sense to me. I think Voltaire is probably correct. I am sure he and all of his chic French friends would be appalled at this age of twitter, Facebook, MySpace, Skype, iPhone, email, voicemail, texting, etc. In this age of over-communication, I find myself somehow out of touch. It could possibly be the fact that I work on an average of 60 hours a week (lately even a lot more than that). It could possibly be the fact that I have two phones (work cell and personal cell) that each hit me up with numerous voice mails and text messages. It could also be the fact that I receive about 50 work emails per day. Either way, the people I love seem to be getting the short stick these days. And, I never wanted to be that person. So...I am starting this blog to update the people I love on the things in my life worth mentioning...
